[Apply to Visit a Resident]

Residents are welcome to invite friends/family/colleagues etc to stay for short periods.

• The cost for these visitors is £10/night

• Visitors can stay for up to 14 days consecutively by default, which can be raised to 30 days at managers’ discretion and beyond at trustees’ discretion.

• Each visitor has a cumulative cap of 90 days/year, with exceptions at trustees’ discretion.

• We may deny visitor requests if we’re near capacity and there’s a significant chance that accepting a visitor would result in us lacking space for a grantee

• Visitors are subject to the same terms and conditions/code of conduct as guests
