Grant Making Policy
The Centre for Enabling EA Learning & Research (CEEALAR) is a charity that makes grants to individuals in the form of free or subsidised serviced accommodation at our location in Blackpool, and as needed a moderate stipend for other living expenses (up to £30/week).
The trustees apply the charity’s funds at their discretion and in accordance with the charitable purposes and objectives of the charity.
